Terms & Conditions:
- All the information and electronic content, (logo, graphics, photos and pictures) as well as the text needed for the various components of the Website Construction, must be supplied by the client, preferably by means of e-mail, CD and or USB memory stick.
- In the event that we need to convert any of the material to electronic format, such as scan, type or draw, it will be done at an additional hourly rate. (See Pricing)
- All fees will be payable by Cash, Direct Deposit and/or PayPal.
- The Monthly Hosting fees together with the maintenance and advertising fee, must be paid in advance, and not later than the 7th of each month.
- Should the client's Monthly fees not be paid before the 7th of the Month the site, as well as all adverts will be suspended without notice, until the fee has been paid in full, plus an additional "re-connection" fee of R100.00.
- Once the client accepts our terms, the client will be provided with a fully functional website, design of the website, publishing of the website on the internet, hosting of the website, registration of the domain name, Web based e-mail accounts, submission to search engines, as well as an advertising spot on BloemSBN Classifieds. - On Acceptance of the Terms, The agreed percentage of the Full Setup fee will be payable as deposit, and the balance is payable as agreed, by failure to make the required payment/s the Website will be suspended until payments are made.
