Dear Stephen

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all you have done to assist me in setting up my website www.wigworld.co.za for my new business.

For a long time I had a dream of starting my own wig business and obviously in the modern day and age a website is an excellent marketing tool. Fortunately it has also become a convenient way of purchasing products all over the world without leaving one's home.

When I made the decision to actually realise my dream, I approached a company to assist me with the design and hosting of the website. I was struck by the costs involved when setting up and hosting a website and was quite confused about the actual processes of what would be expected of me and also what the hosting company would be offering me.

When I approached you I experience the complete opposite as your tariffs are more than reasonable, you explained to me exactly what is expected of me and what you will be offering as the web designer.

You have been immensely patient and supportive and your design ideas and suggestions have made the website what it is — attractive, detailed and user friendly. The training you provided was detailed, but still on a level that a novice like me could understand.

Thank you for the wonderful service that you have and still are rendering and for being part of realising my dream!
